I just finished watching all the anime for this series (I plan to read the books soon) and I have to say that though I think both HaruhiXKyon and MikuruXKyon would be cute, YukiXKyon will always hold a special place in my heart, even though it probably wont be end game. I just feel the bond between them is so strong and I want them together so bad I can barely take it.
